Special School Board Meeting

Oldham-Ramona School Dist 39-5

March 20, 2012

The Oldham-Ramona School Board met in special session at 7:00 p.m. at the school. Present were Lisa Beyer, Larry Malcomb, Mike Matson, Jay Hojer, and Chandra Waikel. Chairman Beyer, who established a quorum was present, called the meeting to order. Unless noted all motions were unanimous.

Action #4004: Motion by Hojer, seconded by Malcomb to purchase a Blue Bird bus with air brakes. Grant money will pay for approximately $20,000 or one-fourth of the bus.

Action #4005: Motion by Malcomb, seconded by Matson to enter into executive session at 7:28 p.m. to discuss a student issue and to discuss administrative evaluations. Chairman Beyer declared the board out of executive session at 9:41 p.m.

The board will meet in special session on March 29, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to negotiate with the teaching staff. The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Action #4006: Motion by Matson, seconded by Malcomb to adjourn at

9:51 p.m.
