Special School Board Meeting
Oldham-Ramona School Dist 39-5
April 3, 2012
The Oldham-Ramona
School Board met in special session at 7:00 p.m. at the school. Present were Lisa Beyer, Larry Malcomb, Mike
Matson, Jay Hojer, and Chandra Waikel. Also
present was Dan Moran. Chairman Beyer,
who established a quorum was present, called the meeting to order. Unless noted all motions were unanimous.
Action #4008: Motion by Matson, seconded by Waikel to enter
into executive session at 7:04 p.m. to discuss personnel. Chairman Beyer declared the board out of
executive session at 9:07 p.m.
Action #4009: Motion by Waikel, seconded by Hojer to not
accept the resignation offered by Supt Brian Sieh.
Action #4010: Motion by Hojer, seconded by Malcomb to
terminate the contract of Brian Sieh as superintendent immediately.
Action #4011: Motion by Malcomb, seconded by Matson to hire
Dr. Moran as superintendent/principal.
The next regular
meeting of the board is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
Action #4012: Motion by Matson, seconded by Waikel to
adjourn at
9:20
